WP 4 - Cluster coordination (Actions 10 - 11)
Main actions:
Work Package 4 describes the day-to-day Cluster Management. To provide for effective management a Cluster Coordination Office has been established. It consists of a Cluster manager, a financial manager and external scientific experts.
Key outputs:
- Efficient day-to-day management
- Coordination of outputs and messages
- Production of follow-up proposals / discussion paper
